MAKEUP POLICY

  • Scan the QR code from your teacher to register your makeup class, please present the confirmation screen to your instructor

  • Class swapping does not guarantee a makeup spot, poles are available on a first-come-first-served basis

  • Pole availability will be assigned in the order of:
    1. Registered students
    2. Drop-ins
    3. Makeups

  • Students doing makeup may be required to share a pole (maximum of 2 to a pole)

REDEEMING YOUR DROP-IN CLASS PACK

  • Go to our registration portal and choose the class you wish to drop-in for

  • Choose the date you wish to drop-in to and make sure to select I’ll bring a punch card

  • On the day of your class, inform your instructor when she is taking attendance

CLASS DESCRIPTION & PREREQUISITES

  • Basic 1 (Abracadabra by Lady Gaga)
    Pre-requisite: For absolute newbies!
    You will learn foundational pole tricks and a short choreography

    Basic 2 (Sports Car by Tate McRae)
    Pre-requisite: Passed Basic 1
    You will start learning how to invert and will learn a short choreography

  • Inverts, Inverts, Inverts
    This is a new class! Work on getting your inverts whether you have just finished Basic 1 or trying to level up to Intermediate. Tricks-only, there is no choreography.
    Prerequisite: Completed one term of Basic 1

    Intermediate
    Pre-requisite: Passed Basic 2
    This is a tricks-only class with no choreography

    Advance
    Pre-requisite: Passed Intermediate
    This is a tricks-only class with no choreography

  • Song: Doctor You by DNCE

    Pre-requisite: For absolute newbies!
    You will learn a fun chair choreography that will bring out your sexy side.

  • For Pole Art and Classique choreography classes

    Pre-requisite: Confident in aerial chopper, leg hangs, handstand from ankle grab

    Songs:

    Pole Art Open: Bad Liar Stripped version by Imagine Dragons

    Classique Open: Seven Nation Army by The White Stripes

  • Classique Advance (Song: TBC)
    Pre-requisite: Confident in brass monkey, shoulder mount, static v, leg hang climbs

    High Advance (Song: TBC)
    This is a seasonal class for ladies who are already comfortable with Advance routines are want to challenge themselves. This will be taught in a Pole Art style.
    Prerequisite: Passed Advance

  • Exo Basic (Needed Me by Rihanna)
    Choreography by Claudia Renee
    Pre-requisite: Completed at least one term of Pole Basic

    Exo Open (Song TBC)
    Choreography by Elena
    Pre-requisite: Completed 1 term of Exo Basic

    Exo Advance (Truth)
    Choreography by Daria
    Pre-requisite: Completed Exo Open, able to aerial chopper & handstand straddle


    All Exo classes require knee pads and boots or sandals, unless otherwise stated.

  • Pre-requisite: For all levels, even absolute beginners

    We have some yoga mats available but please feel free to bring your own.
